Enseada Shipyard Resumes Work on Major Projects in the Naval Industry, Generating Hundreds of Jobs and Stimulating the Brazilian Economy

The Enseada Shipyard, located in the metropolitan region of Salvador, is ready to resume its activities with a significant impact on the Brazilian naval industry. The project involves the construction of barges, essential transport ships for the sector, and will count on the collaboration of four Brazilian shipyards from the North and Northeast regions. This resumption of Enseada, one of the largest shipyards in the country, marks an important advancement.

With a focus on innovation and job creation, the project will be executed in partnership with Tenenge and promises to create around 300 new direct jobs and 900 indirect jobs, bringing significant development to the Recôncavo Baiano. In total, 80 barges will be produced, each with a capacity to transport 2,900 tons of products, stimulating both the local and national economy.

In addition to strengthening the industry, the Enseada Shipyard represents one of the largest private investments in the naval sector, totaling approximately USD 1 billion already invested in infrastructure and technology. With a strategic location in Maragojipe-BA, the industrial complex has the capacity to process 100,000 tons of steel per year, also featuring a 1,000-meter dock, ideal for large-scale works and naval construction projects.

This return to activities at the Enseada Shipyard not only benefits the naval industry but also generates a positive socioeconomic impact in the involved regions. This includes the creation of new jobs, stimulation of the local economy, and revitalization of the naval construction production chain.

The Enseada Shipyard continues to be a reference in naval construction projects in Brazil, consolidating its position as one of the main drivers of industrial and technological development in the country.

Isso só será grandioso quando houver as contratações dos profissionais propriamente ditos, fora isso, é só mais uma demonstração de levar às pessoas, uma vaga esperança. E esperança, não enche barrigas.Dá licença!
