What is the objective of the program?
The main objective of the free courses is to train people in situations of social vulnerability, providing financial autonomy and increasing employability. The course load varies from 260 to 1.260 hours, depending on the course chosen.

What will the selection process be like?
The selection for the free courses will be made through an electronic lottery, prioritizing groups in socioeconomic vulnerability, such as women, black people, quilombolas, indigenous people and transgender people, as well as people with disabilities or refugees. It is important to note that candidates who do not meet the affirmative criteria may be placed on a waiting list.
What are the requirements to participate?
To enroll in technical courses, you must be at least 18 years old, have the minimum level of education required for the course, and live near the location where the course is offered. Additionally, you must have a per capita family income of up to half the minimum wage. It is recommended that you have access to the internet and have valid documents for enrollment.

- Professional qualification: Civil Construction Assistant, Electrician, Industrial Plumber, Industrial Instrumentalist, Scaffolding Assembler, Boilermaker, Welder, among others.
