Marco Silva, director of EPSA, explains that the free technical courses are short-term (18 months), allowing students to obtain a professional certification in a short period. The courses prepare students for the job market with classes that combine theory and practice. Additionally, the school has a ‘Career Program’ that focuses on the human and professional development of students through mentoring, lectures, events, and workshops at the school, Marco concludes.
Prerequisites for Enrollment in the Free Technical Courses Offered in Minas Gerais
To enroll in the free technical courses, it is necessary to have: completed high school or be in the second year; be at least 16 years old; pass the selection test; and have a maximum family per capita income of one and a half minimum wage.
