Opportunities Cover Different Education Levels, With Positions That Ensure Attractive Salaries and Distribution in Several Cities in the State

The São Paulo State Transport Regulatory Agency (Artesp) announced the opening of a new public competition to fill a total of 142 vacancies in various areas. Governor Tarcísio de Freitas authorized the competition to be held in February 2025, aiming to strengthen the regulatory structure of transportation in the state.

Funding and History of the Public Competition

The funding for the new hires will come from the agency’s own resources. This is an important step, since the last public competition of Artesp took place in 2016.

The new initiative is part of a continuous effort to modernize public administration, aligning with the guidelines of the most recent state legislation.

Available Vacancies and Salary

The Artesp 2025 public competition offers opportunities for candidates with different education levels. For those with high school, there are 62 vacancies for the position of Transportation Regulation Inspection Agent I, with an initial salary of R$ 3,944.00.

For candidates with higher education, there are 10 vacancies for Transportation Regulation Support Analyst I and 70 vacancies for Transportation Regulation Specialists I, with initial salaries of R$ 10,366.00 and R$ 12,070.00, respectively.

The vacancies for Specialists cover areas such as Administration, Accounting Sciences, Law, Economics, Civil Engineering, Public Management, Information Technology, and Electrical Engineering.

The positions are distributed in cities such as Araraquara, Bauru, Campinas, and São Paulo.

Structure of the Selection Process

The organization of the selection process for the Artesp 2025 public competition will involve the formation of an Organizing Committee and the selection of a company responsible for conducting the process.

The Carlos Chagas Foundation was responsible for the previous public competition, and a new bidding process will be held to define the current organizer.

Steps of the Selection Process

The selection process will include objective tests with questions on General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge. The areas of General Knowledge may include Portuguese Language, Computer Science, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, Public Administration, and Legislation.

For higher education positions, additional steps such as written tests and evaluation of titles may be required.

Goal of the Public Competition

With this public competition, Artesp aims to ensure that the regulation and inspection of transportation in São Paulo are carried out by qualified professionals, ensuring quality services for the population and contributing to the improvement of the state’s infrastructure.
