The solar light from L8 is also equipped with a smart controller that controls and charges the battery discharge through an algorithm that processes data and meteorological history. Welinton also states that the product features an anti-blackout function, ensuring that there is no power outage throughout the year.

The lights are sold in two different lines: the up line, which includes a solar energy module separate from the solar light, allowing the panel to be angled for better light capture, and also the ISSL line, where the solar energy module is attached to the light, camouflaging the panel.

The solar-powered light from L8 Energy features 3 lenses and 3 color temperatures: 3,000 K, 4,000 K, and 5,700 K, which the customer can choose at the time of purchase.
