The Norwegian shipping company, DOF, announced the acquisition of three new service contracts with Petrobras, valued at over US$ 260 million. These contracts cover a range of services for underwater inspection, including the inspection of flexible pipelines, risers, and submarine equipment in various Brazilian basins such as Campos, Santos, and Espírito Santo. Operations are scheduled to begin between the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, with completion expected within two years, involving over 3,200 inspections, according to the Petronotícias website.

These new contracts are an extension of the services previously provided by DOF to Petrobras under contracts signed in 2020. The CEO of DOF Group, Mons S. Aase, expressed his satisfaction with the continuation of this collaboration.
