Editorial Opinion

That is why it is important to complete all safety courses, not do things with “jeitinho” and review all operational procedures before performing any offshore activity. We literally live on a ticking time bomb. What you do directly affects the lives of your colleagues on board. So do not give in to pressure; if you cannot perform the work, don’t do it! You have the right to refuse, and your life comes first. Don’t forget that there are family members waiting for you and dependents on land.
