Fiat Titano (2024/2025), Citroën Basalt and C3 Aircross (2025) and Peugeot 2008 (2025) Have Been Called for Recall with Free Repair Starting on August 25, 2025.
Stellantis has announced a national recall involving vehicles from three of its brands in Brazil. The call includes the pickup Fiat Titano (model years 2024 and 2025), Citroën Basalt and C3 Aircross (2025), and Peugeot 2008 (2025).
The service began on August 25, 2025, with appointments available at authorized brand networks, and all repairs are free of charge. According to the manufacturer, the cases involve risks that may impact safety and regulatory compliance of the vehicles.
According to official communications, the identified issues vary by model: risk of electrical harness rubbing in the Fiat Titano, with potential for fire starting or unintentional airbag deployment; and possible obstruction in the intake manifold in the Citroën and Peugeot, which may lead to gas evaporation and non-compliance with regulations. Stellantis advises owners to check the chassis and schedule the repair as soon as possible.

Fiat Titano 2024 and 2025 Recall: Fire Risk and Passenger Airbag
Stellantis is calling owners of the Fiat Titano model years 2024 and 2025 to install protection on the front central harness and, if necessary, perform repair on the component. The service is free and must be scheduled at Fiat dealerships.
The issue is the possibility of rubbing of the harness with the instrument panel support, which may cause fire starting or unintentional deployment of the side airbag and/or passenger side curtain airbag, increasing the risk of accidents. Stellantis estimates about 1 hour for the service.
The involved chassis (non-sequential) range from RA805001 to SA818961. For more information and scheduling, the manufacturer advises checking the brand’s website or the Fiat Customer Service Center, available via WhatsApp (31) 2123-6000 and phone 0800 707 1000.
Citroën Basalt and C3 Aircross 2025 Recall: Obstruction in the Intake Manifold
For the Citroën Basalt and C3 Aircross (model year 2025), Stellantis has mandated the replacement of the intake manifold body. The service is free, with an estimated time of 4 hours, and requires prior scheduling at Citroën’s network.
The company identified a potential for obstruction in the manifold, which may cause gas evaporation and, in extreme cases, non-compliance with emissions and safety regulations. The recommendation is to not delay the service to keep the vehicle safe and compliant.
The last eight chassis numbers (non-sequential) are: Basalt SB547003 to SB547150 and Aircross SB546266 to SB546303. For contact, the Citroën SAC can be reached at 0800 011 8088; scheduling can also be done through the official brand website.
Peugeot 2008 2025 Recall: Replacement of the Intake Manifold
The Peugeot 2008 (model year 2025) has also been called for replacement of the intake manifold body. As with the Citroën models, the estimated repair time is about 4 hours and the service is free, upon scheduling at the Peugeot network.
Stellantis reported a potential for obstruction in this part, with potential for gas evaporation and non-compliance with standards. Although many units may not show symptoms, the campaign is preventive and should be complied with to ensure safety and compliance.
The involved chassis (non-sequential) end between SG559007 and SG576773. For support, the Peugeot SAC can be reached at 0800 703 2424; details can be consulted, and appointments scheduled at the brand’s website.
How to Check the Chassis and Schedule the Repair: Consult on the Brands’ Websites and Senatran
To find out if your car is part of the campaign, have the chassis number (VIN) handy and consult the recall section on the official brands’ websites (Fiat, Citroën, and Peugeot), where you can enter the VIN and confirm eligibility. The scheduling is done directly with the chosen dealership.
Another official alternative is to check the Senatran service portal (Federal Government), which allows you to consult recalls linked to the vehicle’s chassis. The tool helps verify the history and emphasizes the importance of regularizing pending issues to keep the car safe and compliant.
Finally, it is worth reiterating that the recall is free and does not expire, yet the recommendation is to schedule immediately to avoid risks and preserve the vehicle’s value. If you have any questions, use the customer service channels of each brand provided in the official communications and take the car only to the authorized network.
