Students receive training for one of the country’s most important military careers and have a salary ranging from R$ 1,200.00 to R$ 1,400.00 during the preparatory course.

Preparatory School for Air Cadets and Naval College — EPCAR

The Preparatory School for Air Cadets (EPCAR), similar to EEAR, is also linked to the Air Force.

It prepares young people to become cadets of the Brazilian Air Force and, eventually, officers.

During training, the salary ranges from R$ 1,046.00 to R$ 1,066.00, and after graduation, cadets receive about R$ 7,490.00.

The minimum age to enter is 15 years, and the maximum is 18 years.

The Naval College is responsible for selecting and preparing students to enter the Naval School, where they are trained as Navy officers.

The minimum age to participate in the Naval College is also 15 years, with a maximum age of 18 years.
