Electrolux Expert FE5AP stove features integrated Air fryer, PerfectCook360, VaporBake, grill, digital timer, and tempered glass tabletop.
The stove is no longer just the appliance used to light gas burners and bake recipes in the conventional oven. Electrolux has started to focus on models that try to combine various functions into a single appliance, targeting consumers who want convenience, space-saving, and more versatile cooking in the kitchen.
One example is the Electrolux Gray Expert FE5AP 5-burner Stove, equipped with Air fryer function in the oven, PerfectCook360, VaporBake, grill, digital timer, tempered glass tabletop, and an oven with a sealed cavity. According to the manufacturer, the model is presented as the first stove with Air Fryer in Brazil.
Integrated Air fryer function allows food preparation without deep frying
The main feature of the FE5AP is the integrated Air fryer function in the gas oven. The technology allows food to be prepared with hot air circulation, without the need for deep frying in oil.

According to Electrolux, the function allows preparing up to 4 times more portions compared to an Electrolux EAF20 air fryer, using chicken wings preparation as a reference.

The manufacturer also claims that the feature can reduce up to 70% of fats and up to 34% of calories in certain preparations, compared to conventional frying.
PerfectCook360 combines sealed cavity and convection in the oven
The model also features PerfectCook360 technology, which combines an oven with a sealed cavity and convection.
The proposal is to make the hot air circulate more uniformly inside the oven, improving the cooking of food. According to Electrolux, this technology allows baking up to 25% faster and more evenly compared to models without the feature.
VaporBake uses steam to improve doughs, breads, and roasts
Another feature of the stove is VaporBake®, a technology that uses steam at the beginning of cooking.
According to Electrolux, the system improves the crispness, texture, and flavor of breads and doughs. The model also has the Steam Regenerate function, aimed at reheating food while preserving flavor and aroma, without drying out the dishes.
Tempered glass table and digital timer reinforce the modern look
In addition to the cooking functions, the FE5AP features a tempered glass table, a smooth and resistant surface that facilitates cleaning and gives a more modern appearance to the stove.

The model also has a digital timer, which allows you to program the cooking time and emits a sound alert at the end of the cycle. The set also includes a grill, individual grates, removable inner glass, oven light, FastClean coating, and automatic ignition.
Stove attempts to occupy the space of several appliances in the kitchen
With Air fryer, grill, VaporBake, and convection, the FE5AP tries to combine functions that are usually spread between a conventional oven, air fryer, electric grill, and steam cooking features.
Electrolux’s proposal is to transform the stove into a more complete equipment for those looking to prepare large portions, reduce oil usage, and maintain a kitchen with fewer separate appliances on the countertop.
