- Desired Intermediate English – verbal and written comprehension
- Training of Maritime Aquaviaries – CIR of Electrician issued by the Navy
- STCW III/7
- TBS-1 Certificate
- EBCP Certificate
- Desired to have NR33, NR10, SEP, and NR35
- Be certified by the Brazilian Navy for the exercise of the function/ Higher education in Bachelor of Nautical Sciences and/or approval in the training course for merchant navy officers;
- Have a Registration and Enrollment Card – CIR – issued by the Competent Authority, updated
- Competency required according to STCW: CCB or CLC
- Experience in the function and conducting operations TO – Ocean Terminal
- Certificates: FULL DP, TBS-1, EBCP or EOPN, EGPO, ECIA, EESS, EPOE, ESPM, and EERR
- Advanced English;
