  • Providing support to clients experiencing difficulties during their trip;
  • Recording each service in the internal management system, ensuring the correct follow-up of requests.

To apply, it is necessary to have skills with the internet and systems and previous experience in airlines, travel agencies, or in the tourism sector. Additionally, knowledge of OBT and GDS systems will be considered a differential.

Although it is not mandatory, having a higher education degree in the area may positively influence the salary range. Candidates with fluent English or Spanish will also have an advantage in the selection process.

Details of the Night Shift Position and Benefits

The opportunity is for on-site work in Belo Horizonte (MG), during the night shift, with a 12×36 schedule, from 9 PM to 9 AM. The salary ranges from R$ 2,318.00 to R$ 2,775.50 monthly, depending on the candidate’s experience.
