With The Success Of Cryptocurrencies Each Time More Present In The Lives Of Brazilians, Netcarros And The Bitcoin Market Have Formed A New Partnership For The Sale Of Cars With Payment Using Virtual Currencies
Despite the rising fuel prices, owning a car is still the dream of most Brazilians, as leaving public transportation behind is still a luxury for some. To further ease the lives of consumers when purchasing their cars, Mercado Bitcoin, a Brazilian startup in the cryptocurrency brokerage field, formed a partnership on Tuesday (22) with NetCarros, a digital company that sells cars and is part of the DNR Group.
Brazilian Consumers Will Be Able To Buy Cars With Cryptocurrencies
Starting this Tuesday (22), customers of NetCarros will be able to purchase their cars using cryptocurrencies listed by Mercado Bitcoin. There will also be the option to pay part of the vehicle with virtual currency and another part with Brazilian real. However, those planning to use this new method to buy their cars must fill out a form available on the NetCarros website.
Once this is done, representatives from Mercado Bitcoin and NetCarros will hold a “video call” to assist with the transaction details and instruct in detail how transparency and security work, so that a negotiation can be conducted using cryptocurrencies.

NetCarros And Mercado Bitcoin Comment On The New Partnership
According to the CEO of Mercado Bitcoin, Reinaldo Rabelo, it is a fast, very secure, easy operation with total transparency. After the videoconference, the transfer between wallets is conducted, and customers can receive their cars at home, as is already the case with buyers from NetCarros. It is worth noting that the company makes buying and selling used and nearly new vehicles fully online.
According to Daniel Nunes Romero, CEO of the DNR group, the initiative aims to position NetCarros as the best solution in the market for selling goods in cryptocurrencies, which is growing rapidly. In addition, the goal is to make life easier for customers and offer the possibility of fully digital and agile payments, without customers needing to leave home to acquire their cars.
According to the director of the Bitcoin Market and 2TM, PIX, digital real, and bitcoin have little difference when used as a form of payment; however, the payment method through virtual currencies represents an additional option for NetCarros customers. The brokerage, in turn, can expand its audience by making this new payment tool feasible for car purchases. The Bitcoin market expands its reach by entering a new operational sector.
Benefits And Advantages Of Investing In Bitcoin
Investing in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is becoming increasingly promising. Among the reasons that make these assets advantageous is the fact that they cannot be printed by governments. Therefore, they do not suffer from inflation; quite the contrary, they are considered a deflationary asset, meaning they are more valued over time, while fiat currencies depreciate over time.
More and more companies are buying bitcoin and pushing the asset’s price up through a phenomenon called institutional investment, as the issuance of new bitcoins is limited. Many investors believe that bitcoin can be used as a protective asset, something highly sought after by the market, especially after a crisis like the one generated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
