Internship openings for Macaé, Rio de Janeiro were announced yesterday (06/24) by OneSubsea, a subsidiary of Schlumberger. Applications are open until tomorrow! Offshore vacancies are made available by a recruitment multinational to fulfill an oil and gas contract.

The OneSubsea has signed a contract with the Brazilian state-owned company Petrobras to supply subsea Christmas trees (ANMs) for the Mero 2 field in the pre-salt Santos Basin.
Eleven Christmas trees and four electro-hydraulic distribution units (UDEH) are part of the scope contracted by Petrobras, in addition to these services, a 5-year contract for installation and maintenance services, including drill pipe risers (DPR), in the pre-salt Santos Basin is also included.
In the Mero 1 field, in the pre-salt Santos Basin, where the Norwegian company Aker Solutions was awarded the contract to supply the Christmas trees, an exception was made by the government due to timing issues, allowing Petrobras to use equipment from the existing frame agreement with Aker.
