A New Solar Frontier: The Northeast Receives an Investment of R$ 100 Million from Solfácil
Solfácil, the giant of solar solutions and the largest climate tech company in Latin America, is directing a robust investment of R$ 100 million for the implementation of a groundbreaking Distribution Center in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Pernambuco.
This bold move further consolidates the company’s strategy to strengthen its autonomous solar equipment division, which began with the acquisition of Solar Inove earlier this year.
The new facility, with an impressive area of over 6,200 m², will serve as a warehouse for all vital equipment for installation partners. Panels, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems such as Ampera are on the list, ready to serve residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects.

Brazil may fall behind, and irreversibly so, in the global technological race involving the implementation of Data Centers and investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Much smaller but more agile economies, such as those of Argentina and Paraguay, have taken the lead.
The new installation will have a team of 50 dedicated professionals, with 35 hired immediately and the rest by the end of the year. Note that WEG is also entering the solar energy market and promises to be strong in this segment.
Superior Service: Optimized Delivery and Local Support
Solfácil’s expansion into the Northeast through the Distribution Center will not only drastically shorten equipment delivery times in the region—reducing from 14 to six days on average—but it will also ensure optimized inventories and a high degree of replenishment. Additionally, local technical support will become a tangible reality.
Guilherme Borgo, Vice President of Distribution and Services, expressed his enthusiasm for the new venture, highlighting Solfácil’s commitment to providing equally exceptional service across all regions.
Solfácil: Lighting the Way to a Solar Future
Solfácil is establishing itself as the largest ecosystem of solar solutions in Brazil, connecting integrator partners with those wishing to generate energy from a clean and renewable source. Through the provision of financing, products, and services, the platform empowers individuals and companies in their pursuit of distributed solar energy generation.
