Currently in Brazil, companies are looking for professionals with technical courses and qualifications to work in industrial sectors directly in operations, especially in units where personnel with a high technical level is required. However, these same companies also need professionals with higher education, mainly in engineering fields for management, contract coordination, and personnel management.
