How The Selection Process Of The Enel 2025 Internship Program Works In RJ
Enel Distribuição Rio announced, on May 14, 2025, the opening of applications for the 2025 Internship Program, aimed at undergraduate students from various fields. Therefore, students in their 3rd semester to the penultimate year of courses in Administration, Engineering, Law, Psychology, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, and Information Technology can participate. In addition, the vacancies are distributed among the city of Rio de Janeiro and 66 other municipalities served by the company in the state, as detailed in a note from Enel itself. According to the company, about 200 new positions are expected to be offered throughout the year in the states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Ceará. Thus, the initiative reinforces the company’s policy focused on practical training, social responsibility, and valuing new talents.
Structured Selection Process With Technical Stages
The selection process follows a standardized and continuous format, structured in three stages, as informed by Enel in an official communication released in May 2025. Firstly, the registered resumes are screened by the internal recruitment team, considering technical criteria and compatibility with the job profiles. Subsequently, selected candidates participate in interviews conducted by specialized consultancies in attracting and evaluating talent. Finally, the finalists are evaluated by managers from the area of operation, who conduct interviews to align expectations and job responsibilities with the candidate’s profile. Candidates not immediately selected remain in the talent pool, used by the company for future calls, with groups formed every two months.
Enel Reinforces Commitment To Inclusion, Diversity, And Promotion Of Equitable Learning Environment
Enel also highlighted that it values, in addition to academic training, behavioral competencies such as proactivity, collaboration, responsibility, and adaptability to new contexts. According to the company’s official statement, the program prioritizes diversity and encourages applications from people with disabilities (PWDs), as well as diverse profiles in terms of gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. The goal, as stated, is to ensure equal opportunities in the selection process, promoting a more plural and representative organizational environment. This approach is part of the company’s institutional commitment to inclusive management practices, already consolidated in other recruitment and training actions. The company reaffirms that the internship is a formative and supervised stage, focusing on the development of practical and relational competencies.
