A residential condominium located in the Mirim neighborhood, in Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo, has begun to stand out by incorporating sustainable solutions into its architectural design. The project, situated in the Baixada Santista, combines wind energy generation, rainwater reuse, and leisure infrastructure, which has sparked significant interest on social media.

The response was swift. A post about the residential complex exceeded 200,000 views, driven by the growing interest in properties that combine sustainability, comfort, and security. In this context, wind energy emerges as one of the main differentiators of the project.

Project Bets on Integrated Sustainable Solutions in Daily Life

Among the technologies adopted, wind energy generation stands out as a clean and renewable alternative. The system helps reduce conventional energy consumption in the common areas of the condominium. Additionally, rainwater reuse is utilized for garden irrigation, decreasing the waste of water resources.

These sustainable solutions are integrated into the daily operation of the residential complex. At the same time, they reinforce a growing trend in the real estate sector, which aims to align energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Comfort and Exclusivity Are Part of the Proposal

In addition to wind energy, the condominium offers properties with two, three, and four bedrooms, distributed across various layouts. Some units feature a private elevator from the garage, an item that adds exclusivity and value to the property.

According to real estate agent Luís Felipe Rodrigues Brito, this differentiator has been one of the most discussed points among interested parties. “The condominium has a large swimming pool, a playroom, a party room, a game room, and a sauna, including a dry sauna. It is a development that offers a complete leisure structure,” he emphasizes.

Prices vary based on the type and location of the units. Values start at R$ 720,000 and can reach R$ 1 million, reflecting the project’s standard and the technological resources employed.

Another relevant aspect is the security system. The condominium has camera monitoring and electric fencing throughout its extent. Additionally, there is on-site security during the night and remote monitoring throughout the day, which enhances access control and the peace of mind of residents.

In the leisure area, the residential complex includes a swimming pool, playroom, party room, game room, and sauna. These spaces were designed to cater to different resident profiles, from families with children to those seeking moments of relaxation.

Strategic Location Further Enhances the Condominium’s Value

The location also contributes to the growing interest in the enterprise. According to Brito, the condominium is next to the new shopping center in Praia Grande, currently under construction. The surrounding area also includes a hospital, the city hall, and easy access to the beach front.

This combination of urban infrastructure, proximity to essential services, and the use of wind energy positions the condominium as an example of how sustainability has been incorporated into the real estate market on the São Paulo coast.
