Energy and Air Technician
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all automated equipment, infrastructure, refrigeration, in order to keep them in full operation. It will work with maintenance of the following equipment, Chillers, Selfs, Fancoils, Split and Centrals.
Requirements: Proven experience in function, CNH B and availability for travel.
Refrigeration Mechanic
Provide technical assistance, install, perform maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, in accordance with safety and quality standards. Budget services and make technical reports.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance and knowledge in Chiller, VRF, Self and other refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Requirements: Complete High School, Experience in the aforementioned areas, CNH: B, Vehicle for lease.
Building Maintainer
Perform building conservation activities, through maintenance and repair services such as carpentry, painting, masonry, hydraulics, joinery, gardening, mowing, electrical.
Pl Technical Supervisor
Supervise electrical, refrigeration and automation maintenance teams, providing support
in the execution and in accordance with the specifications of the contracts. Furthermore, preparing reports and
perform the technical management of contracts.
