Banco do Brasil, in partnership with the renowned Biasi Auctions, is promoting three residential property auctions in November, offering interested parties the chance to acquire their own home at attractive prices. With initial bids starting from R$ 49 thousand, each auction promises to be an excellent opportunity for investors and potential buyers.

Check The Auction Dates And Which Properties Are Available

The auctions are scheduled as follows:

  • The first auction will take place on 11/08, starting at 11:00 AM;
  • The second auction is set for 11/21, opening at 10:00 AM. A second similar event will happen on 11/28, at the same time;
  • The third and final auction will offer six mixed-ownership properties on 11/22, starting at 1:30 PM.

The auctions will be conducted online by the experienced auctioneer Eduardo Consentino, representing Biasi Auctions.

In total, 56 properties will be available, located in different regions of Brazil, including São Paulo, Paraíba, Santa Catarina, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, and Piauí.

The most affordable minimum bid corresponds to a 70m² house located in Catolé da Rocha, Paraíba, while the property with the highest minimum bid is a 455m² house situated in the central region of Corumbaíba, Goiás.

Also noteworthy is a mixed-use property in the Bariri region, interior of São Paulo, with an impressive 214,440m² of built area and a minimum bid set at R$ 2,509,500.00.

There Is A Diversity Of Properties Offered In This Auction By Banco Do Brasil With Biasi Leilões

The regions that stand out in the property offerings are Paraíba, with a total of 36 properties, and São Paulo, which is offering 6 properties.

In São Paulo, a 158.98m² house located in Assis, in the interior of the state, is being auctioned for R$ 315,615.00.

For those looking for properties in tourist areas, a house with a 200.00m² land area in Águas de Lindóia, Goiás, has a minimum bid of R$ 315,615.00.
