New free specialization EBSERH: Company offers thousands of vacancies for healthcare professionals in several states across the country with grants of more than R$4.
A Brazilian Hospital Services Company (Ebserh) launched the notice for the National Residency Examination (Enare), which aims to select residents for Multi-professional Residency Programs and in the Professional Area of Health (Uni-professional). The free EBSERH specialization will have a weekly workload of 60 hours and a minimum duration of two years.
Who can participate in the free EBSERH specialization?
For medical residency, doctors are requested who wish to improve their clinical and theoretical skills in various specialties, in institutions of excellence, aiming to meet the demands of the health system with quality and competence.
Already Multi and Uniprofessional residence These are programs aimed at various health professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists and pharmacists, among others. Promoting interdisciplinary training and teaching and service integration, preparing residents to face the challenges of the health system in a holistic and collaborative way.

For this to be possible, the exclusive dedication of the selected person will be necessary, who must, in addition to following the theoretical part of the free EBSERH specialization, carry out several practical activities. As the participant will not be able to work elsewhere during this period, he will be entitled to receive a monthly stipend worth R$4.106,09.
Candidates interested in the free EBSERH specialization must read the notice, have completed their degree in a course recognized by the MEC, be duly registered with the corresponding class council, among others. How do I sign up for the free EBSERH specialization?
Interested candidates should read the notice carefully. Registration can be done through a specific link. The selection will be divided into three stages, these being the Objective Test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, curricular analysis, of a classificatory nature, hetero-identification procedure or medical expertise, of an eliminatory nature.
Enare 2024/2025 is organized by the Brazilian Hospital Services Company, Ebserh/MEC, with support from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, FGV. With the membership of more than 160 institutions, more than 8.700 places will be offered in around 1.700 residency programs. The tests will be held in more than 60 cities in Brazil, including all capitals and strategic cities in the interior.

The National Residency Exam consists of an assessment that aims to select candidates for residency positions in the medical, multi- and uniprofessional areas. Created in 2020, the exam aims to promote equal conditions and access to vacancies offered across the country. Those enrolled in Enare can take the test in any of the Brazilian capitals.
The exam is also administered in 23 other hub cities. This test makes up 90% of the grade, with the remaining 10% being filled by curricular analysis. After obtaining the final grade, the candidate will go through a type of vacancy auction. The candidate will be able to choose which institution will carry out the chosen residency.
