Course Structure and Monthly Scholarships
The training lasts a total of nine months, organized into two complementary phases.
In Phase 1, which lasts six months, students participate in in-person classes focusing on programming fundamentals, computational logic, and development tools.
The learning is accompanied by practical activities that simulate real market situations.
Those who achieve the necessary performance advance to Phase 2, consisting of three months of internship at partner companies of the project.
In this phase, students apply the knowledge acquired in real challenges, working in teams and developing solutions for specific technological demands.
To ensure participants’ retention, the program offers scaled monthly scholarships:
- R$ 100 in the first three months
- R$ 200 in the following three months
- R$ 600 during the internship
In addition to financial support, students have access to a network of professional contacts that can facilitate their entry into the job market after the completion of the program.
Requirements to Participate in the Course
The course is intended for individuals who have completed high school or are about to finish it by the end of the training.
The applicant must have studied in a public school or, in the case of a private institution, have received a full scholarship during their education.
Another criterion is to be 18 years old by the completion of the course.
Access to the internet is also required, an indispensable condition for conducting the complementary activities of the second phase.
To enhance diversity in the sector, half of the vacancies are reserved for women, a measure aimed at encouraging female presence in technology and innovation fields.
In-Person Exam and Selection Process
The selection will be made through an in-person exam, scheduled for August 24, 2025, at 2 p.m.
The exam will last 1h30 and will consist of:
- 15 logical reasoning questions
- 5 math questions
The performance in this phase will determine the candidates selected at each center.
Expected Impact on Professional Training
According to the organizers, the expectation is that the training will provide not only technical knowledge but also real conditions for entering the job market.
The supervised internship is considered one of the central points of the program, as it enables practical experience in technology companies.
Additionally, the combination of scholarship and support during the internship ensures greater security for participants to complete the training, reducing dropout and increasing employability chances.
How to Register for the Program
Registration will be open from August 6 to 18 and must be done exclusively online.
The complete announcement with all selection rules and the registration form is available on the official program website at capacita.cepedi.org.br.
