The Behring Foundation is offering full scholarships for Brazilians at Columbia University, Harvard, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The scholarships are for undergraduate and master’s degrees at Columbia’s School of Engineering, undergraduate studies at MIT, and doctoral and master’s degrees at Harvard’s School of Engineering. According to the foundation, the mission of the program is to discover new potential talents in Brazil for the digital economy and to build a critical mass of high-potential and committed individuals to help the country’s entrepreneurship and technology sector.

For doctoral and master’s degrees, there are both full and partial scholarships, and for undergraduate studies, the grants cover all the costs of the program.
Besides the scholarships at Columbia and Harvard, and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the Behring Foundation also collaborates with the Lemann Foundation, which allows scholarship recipients to participate in international initiatives and activities related to the two foundations.
