Gerdau, one of the leading Brazilian companies in the steel sector, has opened registrations for Gerdau Transforma, a program that provides free courses for training and mentoring focused on entrepreneurship. In total, there are eight classes with 280 spots available in São Paulo (Heliópolis), Guarulhos, Araçariguama, and Curvelo; in Minas Gerais (Ouro Branco, Divinópolis, and Ouro Preto); and in Pernambuco (Recife).

In partnership with Agência Besouro, the free courses program is aimed at individuals over 18 who already have a business or wish to start a journey in the world of business.

The free courses program uses the By Necessity methodology, created by Agência Besouro, which teaches entrepreneurs how to develop their businesses with little or no investment, in 10 practical steps.
