Embraer Launches Career Acceleration Program in Technology for Women
Embraer has started registrations for its career acceleration program in technology, focused exclusively on women. Embraer Social Tech Careers enters its third edition with the offer of 50 scholarships in São José dos Campos (SP), aiming to provide opportunities and professional inclusion for female students.
Selected students for the scholarships will have the chance to delve into data analysis and the Python programming language, essential skills with applications in data science, artificial intelligence, and automation. The initiative is a result of a partnership with Gama Academy, a school specialized in training professionals for the digital market in technology fields.
Future Opportunities and Course Methodology in Technology
Those selected for the scholarships who complete the four-month course will be included in the Embraer talent pool and partner companies, making them eligible to participate in future selection processes. The methodology applied is based on a bootcamp, which offers an immersive remote training experience, developing skills and competencies in the technology sector.
