GOVBR Launches Remote Job Openings Without Exam Requirements, With Applications Open Until October. A Rare Opportunity for Technology Professionals Interested in Transforming Brazilian Public Service.
In times of rapid changes, where remote work has ceased to be a trend and become a consolidated reality, job opportunities without exams have gained prominence.
Recognizing this new dynamic, it has adapted and, this August, the GOVBR platform surprised by launching a selection process for remote job openings, without the requirement of exams.
GOVBR and the Future of Remote Work
GOVBR, a digital platform aimed at unifying and facilitating access to public services, has decided to expand its workforce, prioritizing remote work.
-
WEG opens a job vacancy for those who want to work from 4:20 PM to 1:15 AM as an Assembly Assistant in Bento Gonçalves (RS).

-
Labor shortage: Switzerland is ‘desperate’ to find 40,000 workers, and Brazilians in this situation can apply.
-
Brazil reaches the lowest unemployment rate in history and launches job openings, internships, and 10,000 free courses in 2026.
This initiative not only reflects changes in the job market but also the company’s commitment to modernizing its operations and integrating more technology into the services offered to the public.
Currently, GOVBR has over 650 employees focused on improving governance practices and accelerating digital transformation in Brazilian municipalities.
These professionals work in various areas, with most possessing crucial technical skills for developing innovative solutions that facilitate citizens’ lives.
Highlighted Job Openings and Priority Areas
Among the available positions, the Senior Systems Analyst and Software Architect roles stand out due to the impact these professionals will have on modernizing public services.
The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing complex systems, while the Software Architect will play a key role in developing projects that ensure the quality and sustainable growth of GOVBR.
The Software Architect position, in particular, is seen as strategic, as it involves defining technological solutions that will be used by millions of Brazilians.
This is a rare opportunity, as it does not require passing a public exam, opening doors for highly qualified professionals who might not have followed the traditional path of public service.
How the Selection Process Works
The GOVBR selection process is designed to identify professionals most aligned with the organization’s culture and goals.
There are several stages, starting with the initial registration, which serves to filter candidates based on their resumes and experiences. Then, a Cultural Fit assessment occurs, where the candidate’s personal and professional values are analyzed in comparison to those of GOVBR.
Next, candidates will undergo an interview with the Attraction and Selection team, which will evaluate technical and behavioral skills.
A Behavioral Mapping will be conducted to identify essential characteristics for good performance in the available roles, and after that, the manager responsible for the position will analyze the qualifications of the candidates.
Finally, a direct interview with the manager will allow expectations to be aligned and, if all goes well, the offer will be made. The process culminates in hiring, allowing new professionals to quickly integrate into GOVBR teams.
An Unmissable Chance to Stand Out
The job market is increasingly competitive, especially for positions that allow remote work without the need for a public exam. GOV.BR is offering a unique opportunity for professionals who wish to directly contribute to the digital transformation of Brazil. Click for more information!
