Package announced by the Government of São Paulo during the 3D Caravan gathers investments for hospitals, UBS, sanitation, urban infrastructure, schools, public security, and highways, with actions planned in Bauru, Jaú, Lins, Guarantã, and other municipalities of the administrative region.

R$ 753 million in investments were announced by the Government of São Paulo this Wednesday (20) for the administrative region of Bauru, during the 12th edition of the 3D Caravan, in a meeting with mayors and local leaders.

The package matters because it gathers works and services that can affect medical care, sanitation, schools, roads, and public security in various municipalities.

Health investments lead the first deliveries

Health appears among the most detailed axes of the caravan, with R$ 67.9 million in deliveries already related to the region between 2024 and 2025. The main highlight is the groundbreaking of the AME of Jaú, estimated at R$ 36 million.

Jaú also received the Health Space for Merchants “Dr. Juarez Carlos Baraúna,” made possible by an agreement of R$ 1.35 million. Of this total, R$ 835 thousand are state funds and R$ 517.2 thousand correspond to the municipal counterpart.

In Lins, the UBS Residencial São Francisco “Cilmar Machado dos Santos” was delivered, built with R$ 835 thousand from the State and aimed at serving about 3,500 patients in the region.

Sanitation and infrastructure concentrate high values

In municipal infrastructure, 40 agreements were signed with 38 cities, totaling R$ 75.1 million. The resources involve drainage, stormwater galleries, paving, resurfacing, public equipment, and truck purchases.

Among the highlighted values are R$ 22.4 million for stormwater galleries in Bauru and R$ 3 million for paving in Boraceia. The implementation of the waiting dock of the Bariri lock, in the Tietê-Paraná Waterway, was also authorized, with R$ 65.5 million.

In sanitation, the forecast is R$ 318 million between 2026 and 2029 for universalization in 16 municipalities served by Sabesp, including Lins, Piratininga, Agudos, Arealva, and Pederneiras.

Schools, security, and highway are included in the package

Education received R$ 29.3 million, with renovations, expansions, school works, technology, security, and furniture. In Jaú, there was also the unveiling of the plaque of the Creche Escola Vereador Paulo Gambarini, in operation since 2023, with 150 places.

In security, 25 vehicles were delivered, the new Central of Judicial Police of Bauru, costing R$ 11.2 million, and the integrated headquarters of forensics, costing R$ 24.3 million.

The program also foresees the delivery of 22.3 kilometers duplicated of the SP-333, in Guarantã, a work of R$ 145 million, in addition to a visit to the future TEA Paulista Center of Bauru, estimated at R$ 12 million.
