It is necessary to demonstrate a higher education degree in any area and have at least five years of professional experience in Information and Communication Technology, Data Science, Public Administration, Communication, Administration, Information Science or Engineering. Alternatively, master's or doctoral degrees in the same areas are also accepted.
Recently, the notice was updated to include some changes. Distribution of competition places in the IT sector
The competition in the IT sector offers a total of 200 vacancies, distributed in the following areas of activity:
- Information Security and Data Protection Specialist — 20 vacancies
- Specialist in Business Process Analysis - 30 vacancies
- User Experience (UX) Specialist — 15 vacancies
- Data Science Specialist — 35 vacancies
- Software Development Specialist — 40 vacancies
- Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist — 15 vacancies
- Project Management Specialist — 45 vacancies
Those approved in the public competition will have a 40-hour work week and will be linked to the Digital Government Secretariat of the Ministry of Management and Innovation (MGI), in Brasília-DF.
Performance of new employees, salaries and benefits
Selected professionals will be integrated into the Startup GOV.BR program, a federal government strategy that aims to support and boost digital transformation projects.
Currently, the program has 18 active startups, working on important initiatives such as FGTS Digital, SIGACrim System, implementation of the National Electronic Process (PEN) in states and municipalities, in addition to the modernization of the Single Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico). In addition to these, there are six other startups in the development process.
The professionals hired will receive a salary of R$8.300,00, in addition to food allowance. The selection process is being coordinated by AOCP Institute and was authorized due to the temporary need of exceptional public interest.
