In partnership with Sesi, the program combines study and technical training, reinforcing the government’s commitment to income generation.

8 Thousand Spots in São Paulo and National Expansion
In this phase, Seja Pro+ offers 8 thousand free spots in São Paulo, with Adult Education (EJA) and technical courses aimed at the industry’s demands.
Additionally, the action is added to the stages in Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, and Pará, making the program a national initiative for inclusion and professional training.
According to the Minister of Labor, Luiz Marinho, the project addresses the lack of qualification in the country.
“We have 1.3 million young people in São Paulo who have not completed their studies. The SESI/MTE partnership combines study and qualification. We are almost at full employment, but there is still a lack of technical preparation,” said the minister.
Professional Courses Focused on Employment and Social Inclusion
Seja Pro+ aims to reintegrate youth and adults into education, as well as offer updated professional training tailored to the demands of the job market.
Moreover, the free spots cover young people aged 18 to 29 who have not completed basic education, as well as adults who wish to resume their studies and improve their skills.
Upon completing the courses, students receive national certification, which increases their chances of employment, especially in high-demand areas such as industry, technology, and technical services.
Innovative Methodology Integrates Education and Job Market
The Sesi created an innovative EJA methodology that combines traditional teaching and technical training tailored to the industry’s demands.
Furthermore, the model raises educational levels and prepares students to enter the job market quickly.
At the end of the course, graduates have their names forwarded to Sine (National Employment System), which increases the chances of formal hiring.
“The program reaches an invisible segment of the population. Seja Pro+, in addition to providing certification, creates real opportunities for entry into the industry. Education and work need to go hand in hand,” stated Fausto Augusto Júnior, president of the National Council of Sesi.
Social and Professional Impact Across Brazil
The Seja Pro+ goes far beyond the classroom, as it drives a social and economic transformation across the country.
With national expansion, the MTE expects to reach thousands of families, promoting productive inclusion, income generation, and valorization of citizenship.
Thus, the federal government reinforces its commitment to education and employment, creating new opportunities and training more qualified professionals.
In this way, Seja Pro+ establishes itself as one of the largest training programs in Brazil, offering free courses and direct access to the job market.
