technicians
A leading company in providing cutting-edge solutions for the automation and control of production processes segment, Hirsa recruits new technicians in Metrology or Measurement. There are 3 vacancies for work in the laboratory (onshore) and 1 for work on board (offshore).
Vacancies are for professionals residing in Aracajú(SE), Carmópolis(SE), Maceió(AL) and Pilar(AL).
Basic requirements:
• Training in a Metrology, Mechatronics, Electronics or Instrumentation Technician or Technologist course, with regularized registration at the Regional Class Council;
• Proven experience of at least two (2) years in the Metrology or Instrumentation area, in calibration services for pressure and temperature magnitude instruments;
• Computer knowledge, applications such as text editors and spreadsheets;
• Knowledge of the ISO 17025 standard and the technical requirements of the Technical Regulation for Oil and Natural Gas Measurement (RTM);
• Knowledge in configuration, calibration and adjustments of Pressure Transmitters, Multivariable Transmitters (MVS), Temperature Transmitters and Resistance Thermos.
Desirable: valid CBSP course (applicable for the offshore vacancy).
Engineers
Reference in metrological management services and supply of measurement systems, Hirsa starts a selection process to expand its staff of Engineers, where 1 vacancy is offered for entry into a contract in force in the Operational Unit of Espírito Santo (UO-ES). Preferably residents of the city of Vitória/ES are required.
Basic requirements:
• Training in Engineering;
• Have an active CREA;
• Knowledge in Metrological Management (ABNT NBR-ISO 10012);
• Knowledge in flow computer for liquids and gases;
• Knowledge of the Technical Regulation for Oil and Natural Gas Measurement and Joint Resolution ANP/Inmetro nº 1/2013;
• Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 – Inmetro.
Main activities:
• Interact with planning and scheduling of Onshore and Offshore activities;
• Report failures and monitor process variables for measuring oil, gas and water flow;
• Carry out the calculation estimate of the uncertainty in the measurement of natural gas and oil;
• Treatment of anomalies generated in management audits;
• Perform critical analysis of flowmeter calibration certificates;
• Issuance of technical report of failure of flow measurement systems.
