With 116 Inches, Mini LED RGB Panel, 8,000 Nits Brightness, 165 Hz Refresh Rate, and Dolby Atmos 6.2.2 Sound, Hisense’s New TV Promises Home Theater Experience.
Hisense announced on Monday (8) the arrival of the Smart TV UX with 116 inches to the Brazilian market. The model stands out not only for its imposing size but also for bringing advanced features aimed at demanding consumers. With gigantic dimensions, the TV promises to deliver a true home theater experience, making it an alternative for those who do not wish to invest in projectors.
Unprecedented Mini LED RGB Technology in the Market
The main technical difference of the 116UX is the LCD panel with Mini LED RGB backlighting.
Unlike traditional Mini LED TVs, which use white or blue LEDs, Hisense’s technology relies on independent RGB lamps.
This innovation allows for more intense and accurate colors, achieving 95% of the BT.2020 color space and offering peaks of 8,000 nits brightness, a rate considered extreme for televisions.
The result is greater color fidelity, enhanced contrast, and superior performance in any environment.

Resolution and Refresh Rate for Demanding Gamers

- AMD FreeSync Premium Pro
- NVIDIA G-Sync
- VRR (Variable Refresh Rate)
- ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode)
Fast-paced action games or sports broadcasts benefit from the additional fluidity, bringing the experience closer to that of high-performance monitors.

Processing is handled by the Hi-View AI Engine X, which uses Artificial Intelligence to optimize image and sound in real-time.
Connectivity and Operating System
The TV comes equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6E, ensuring fast and stable connections.
In terms of the system, Hisense bets on Google TV, with access to apps, support for Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Cast, as well as compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice commands.
Price and Availability in Brazil
The Hisense UX 116is now available at Brazilian retailers for R$ 149,999.
Although the price is high, the manufacturer offers a special promotion at Fast Shop until September 30: those who purchase the model during this period can redeem 1 million Livelo points, a benefit that adds attractiveness to the purchase.
Giant models like the 116UX reinforce the search for experiences that are increasingly close to movie theaters. Even though aimed at a limited audience, these launches showcase the advancement of Mini LED RGB screens as an alternative to OLED.
With record brightness, robust sound, and advanced refresh rate, Hisense’s TV positions itself as a symbol of technological luxury and, at the same time, as an indication of what may be available in more accessible models in the coming years.
