Hisense launched the PureView of 615 liters with transparent door, smart screen, voice command, ConnectLife, UV purification, and accelerated ice production.

The competition among smart appliance manufacturers has gained a new chapter with the arrival of the Hisense PureView, a premium refrigerator designed to compete directly with advanced models from LG and Samsung. Instead of focusing solely on greater storage capacity, the company has gathered features typically found in smart devices to transform the refrigerator into a kitchen command center.

The model PureView French Door of 615 liters (HRCD615TBWV) combines an automatically illuminated transparent door, integrated touchscreen, voice command, food management, ultraviolet light purification, accelerated ice production, and connectivity via the ConnectLife app. The product was introduced by Hisense in 2026 and is part of the brand’s new generation of smart appliances.

Transparent door allows viewing food without opening the refrigerator

The main highlight of the PureView is the PureView Door technology. Instead of opening the door to check the refrigerator’s contents, the user can view the interior through a transparent panel that lights up automatically.

According to Hisense, there are two operating modes. The first is TouchLight, which turns on the internal lighting with a simple touch on the door.

The second is SenseLight, which uses sensors to automatically activate the lighting when someone approaches the refrigerator, a feature designed for situations when the user has their hands full.

Besides offering convenience, the manufacturer claims that the system helps reduce the loss of cold air caused by unnecessary door openings.

Smart screen transforms the refrigerator into an information center

Another differential is the Intelligent Hub, a 6.86-inch color touchscreen installed on the front of the refrigerator.

According to Hisense, the interface allows access to different functions without using a cellphone. Among them are:

  • food stock management;
  • expiration date control;
  • shopping list;
  • approximately 200 integrated recipes;
  • drink suggestions;
  • notifications about products nearing expiration.

On the official Hisense Australia website, the model appears for A$ 3,999. At the Australian retailer, Harvey Norman showed the same product for A$ 3,686 on offer at the time of inquiry. In direct conversion, it would be about R$ 14,3 thousand.

The company also informs that the system offers integration with the ConnectLife app, allowing you to control various functions remotely via smartphone.

Voice command and integration with other smart devices

The PureView also incorporates voice commands. According to the manufacturer, the user can request recipes, check stored ingredients, receive reminders about foods nearing expiration, and control refrigerator functions using natural commands.

The ConnectLife platform also allows the refrigerator to be integrated with other compatible appliances within the Hisense smart ecosystem.

System uses ultraviolet light to treat water

Another feature aimed at hygiene is the UV Water Treatment. According to Hisense, the water used by the dispenser goes through an integrated filtration system and sterilization using ultraviolet light.

The company claims that the technology is capable of eliminating 99.9% of bacteria present in the water, providing filtered water directly through the refrigerator door.

Additionally, the internal lining receives an antibacterial treatment called Antibacterial Guard Liner, developed to reduce the growth of bacteria on the internal surfaces of the refrigerator.

Ice production is up to 50% faster

Those who frequently use a lot of ice will also find new features. Hisense states that the Express Ice system can produce up to 3.6 kilograms of ice per day, working about 50% faster than the brand’s conventional systems.

Since the model uses a direct hydraulic connection, there is no need to manually refill water reservoirs.

Compartment changes from freezer to refrigerator as needed

Among the internal features is the My Fresh Choice. This compartment allows you to change its temperature between -20°C and +5°C, functioning as a freezer or refrigerator as needed by the user.

In practice, the space can be adapted to store frozen meats, beverages, fruits, or fresh foods without relying on the fixed configuration of the rest of the equipment.

Another special compartment, called Cool Fresh Box, maintains temperatures close to 0°C to 3°C, intended for storing meats, cold cuts, and vegetables.

Premium finish and capacity for large purchases

The PureView has a total capacity of 615 liters distributed across four doors. According to the manufacturer, the Dark Stainless Steel finish, adjustable shelves, sliding metal drawers, and retractable shelf were developed to increase storage flexibility.

The model also includes:

  • external water and ice dispenser;
  • integrated Wi-Fi;
  • smart internal lighting;
  • open door alarm;
  • Metal-Tech Cooling system for even temperature distribution;
  • 3.5-star energy rating in the Australian market.

Hisense expands competition in the premium segment

With the PureView line, Hisense now directly competes in a segment traditionally occupied by LG and Samsung.

The combination of illuminated transparent door, smart screen, food management, connectivity, UV purification, and voice commands shows that the company’s strategy has shifted from focusing solely on refrigeration to transforming the refrigerator into a connected device within the smart home.

According to the manufacturer, the line began arriving on the market in 2026, expanding its portfolio of premium appliances aimed at connected kitchens.
