The new Honda Pop 110i 2025 has arrived to shake up the affordable motorcycle market! With an impressive fuel consumption of up to 50 km per liter and a range of 206 km on a single tank, this scooter promises to be the ideal ally for those looking to save on fuel while enjoying agile and practical mobility. And there’s more: costing less than R$ 10 thousand, it’s ready to shake up the competition and win over the Brazilian audience. Want to know what makes this motorcycle so desirable? Check it out below and find out!
Pop 110i Has Already Reached The Mark Of 1.7 Million Units Sold
Although many overlook the Honda Pop 110i, especially in cities like São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the reality is different in other regions. In states like Maranhão and Piauí, the motorcycle stands out and is widely popular among locals.
In various areas of the country, people who previously used bicycles, public transport, or even pack animals now opt for the Pop 110i. This occurs for two main reasons: its accessible price, which can be even more advantageous in a consortium, and its durability. With basic care, the motorcycle rarely presents problems, demonstrating its robustness.

This silent success is reflected in sales: the Pop 110i is among the best-selling motorcycles in Brazil, only behind the Honda CG 160, NXR 160 Bros, and Biz 110/125 models. Produced for 17 years, since 2007, the Pop 110i has already reached the mark of 1.7 million units sold. Due to this strategic importance, Honda chose the Pop 110i as its first motorcycle launch in the 2025 line.
New Honda Motorcycle Has A Power Increase Reaching 8.4 Hp, As Well As A 5% Gain In Torque
The new Pop 110i maintains its familiar look but with some updated details. The front suspension forks are now black, and the stickers have been redesigned, giving the model a modern and elegant touch. However, the main transformation is under the hood.
Now in compliance with the next stage of the Motorcycle Emission Control Program (Promot 5), the Pop 110i Has A New Engine. The displacement has been slightly increased from 109.1 cm³ to 109.5 cm³, with changes in the diameter and stroke measurements, which have increased from 47.0 mm x 63.1 mm to 50 mm x 55.6 mm.
The new engine design, focusing on increasing the piston stroke rather than the diameter, prioritizes torque, improves fuel combustion efficiency, and provides smoother operation.
In addition to the engine, a new piping system has been incorporated, returning evaporative gases from the gasoline stored in the tank to the combustion chamber.
As a result, the Pop 110i has achieved a 6% power increase, going from 7.9 hp to 8.4 hp at 7,250 rpm, as well as a 5% gain in torque, now at 0.94 kgf.m at 5,000 rpm. Like the previous model, the engine is fuel-injected and air-cooled.
New Semi-Automatic Transmission Of The Honda Pop 110i Is Similar To That Of The Honda Biz
One of the major innovations of the 2025 line is the semi-automatic rotary transmission, similar to that of the Honda Biz. The Pop 110i now does not have a clutch lever, and the four gears follow a rotary logic: when engaging the fourth gear, a further touch puts the motorcycle in neutral, and another touch restarts the sequence.
Now, all gears are shifted downwards. Previously, it was necessary to return to neutral by shifting up the pedal, in the sequence 4-3-2-1-N. Although different, the system is easy to adapt to, and the rear pedal has been adjusted to facilitate downshifting with the heel.
The current engine of the Pop 110i is distinct from the one used in the Biz 110, although both have the same displacement. However, it is likely that soon the Biz 110 will also incorporate the new engine to meet the requirements of the Promot 5.
Two updates complement the new features of the Pop 110i: electric start replaces the kickstarter, offering more convenience, and Michelin Pilot Street 2 tires, which replace the previous Levorin ones, ensure superior grip.
Honda Pop 110i 2025 Has A Suggested Price Of R$ 9,690, With A Three-Year Warranty, Without Mileage Limit!
Despite the improvements, the price of the Pop 110i has not seen a significant increase. The 2025 model arrives with a suggested price of R$ 9,690, an increase of only R$ 120 compared to the 2024 model. The available colors are black, red, and white, with the latter offering a relaxed appearance.
The Honda Pop 110 ES is available at dealerships, with a three-year warranty, without a mileage limit, and the right to free Pro Honda oil in seven services.
Pop 110i Achieves 49.1 Km/L And Promises A Range Of 206 Km
The Pop 110i has always been easy to ride, being compared to a “bike with a motor,” due to its lightness and agility. Weighing only 87 kg, the 2025 line maintains these characteristics, now with smoother handling and less vibration.
The performance of the model was evaluated by the Mauá Institute, which recorded an acceleration from 0 to 60 km/h in 7.8 seconds and a recovery from 40 km/h to 60 km/h in 4.6 seconds, in addition to a top speed of 93 km/h.
With an average consumption of 49.1 km/l and a range of about 206 km, depending on riding style, the model remains economical.
