IFMS Opens Enrollment for Free Distance Courses at 9 Campuses in MS. Check Vacancies for Administrative Assistant, Computer Operator, and Seller.

The Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS) has launched a selection process for free Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) courses, entirely online, with enrollment open until September 7.

The offer includes the courses of Administrative Assistant, Computer Operator, and Seller, available at the campuses of Aquidauana, Campo Grande, Corumbá, Coxim, Dourados, Jardim, Nova Andradina, Ponta Porã, and Três Lagoas.

These are opportunities validated with nationally recognized certificates, aimed at strengthening professional qualification and expanding access to free education.

Online Enrollment Until September 7

Enrollment for IFMS free courses must be done exclusively online, through the IFMS Selection Center.

It is free and requires the candidate to use their CPF for registration.

For those without internet access, the campuses offer in-person support to assist in the process.

First Step:

a) Access the Candidate Page;

b) Register in the system, providing the candidate’s personal information.

c) Before SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION, confirm that the full name is written as per the identification document and that the date of birth provided in the system is correct.

d) If already registered, the candidate should go to the UPDATE MY DATA tab for verification and update, if necessary. To save the update, it is necessary to click on SUBMIT REGISTRATION at the bottom of the page.

Second Step:

a) Select the OPEN ENROLLMENTS tab and locate the title Initial and Continuing Education EaD – 2025/2 – Notice No. 061/2025. Click on COMPLETE ENROLLMENT in the same row as the title;

b) Choose the campus/polo of offer and the course/shift;

c) Confirm that the selected options are correct and click on SUBMIT ENROLLMENT.

Details of the Free Courses Offered by IFMS

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant course is aimed at those looking to enter or improve in the management field.

During the training, students learn notions of administration, document organization, public service, and office routines.

This training is ideal for both young individuals entering the job market and professionals seeking to enhance their skills in corporate environments.

Computer Operator

The Computer Operator course prepares the student to master essential digital tools for daily professional life.

The program includes content on operating systems, office applications, internet navigation, and good digital security practices.

Additionally, the course is recommended for those wanting to update themselves and gain autonomy in technology use, which is indispensable in almost all fields today.

Seller

The Seller course focuses on developing sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation strategies.

Participants also learn concepts of marketing, consumer behavior, and effective communication.

This qualification expands opportunities in trade and services, as it trains professionals to deal with clients strategically and humanely.

In cities like Aquidauana, Amambai, Antônio João, Aral Moreira, Dourados, Maracaju, Nova Andradina, and Ponta Porã, the vacancies are unlimited.

In other locations, the offer is limited, with 100 vacancies for each course in Campo Grande and 40 in Três Lagoas.

How the Selection Process Works

The selection process follows via electronic draw set for September 11, with live transmission.

If the number of applicants is less than or up to 10% above the offer, all candidates will be automatically called for registration. The results will be announced on September 17.

Flexibility and National Certification

All courses are 100% in the EaD format, allowing students to organize their studies according to their routine, at no cost.

At the end, IFMS issues a nationally valid certificate, important for the resume.
