New Electric Car Factory To Be Built In The State
The city of Nova Lima, located in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, in the state of Minas Gerais, will receive a new automotive industry, Bravo Motor Company, which intends to produce electric cars in the municipality. The investment for the implementation of the project is over R$ 25 billion and the promise is that 10,000 direct jobs will be created.
The officialization of the construction of a new electric car industry for public transport by Bravo Motors Company represents a historic milestone in the economic transformation, not only of the city and state of Minas Gerais, but also of the country. The new unit, in addition to generating new jobs, will manufacture electric cars, cells and battery packs, storage systems, among other equipment used in shared transportation. The New Automotive Industry Will Generate Many Jobs In The State Of Minas Gerais
The start of construction for the new electric car industry is expected in the fourth quarter of this year, while production is only set to begin in the first quarter of 2023. The installation of the Colossus Cluster Industrial Park will occur in the so-called South Vector of the capital of Minas Gerais, in Nova Lima, along the BR-040, in an area within the Masterplan of the CSul Lagoa dos Ingleses Project.
