The State University of Health Sciences of Alagoas (UNCISAL) announces the UAB/CED/PROPEP/UNCISAL Notice No. 006/2024, which open registration for 600 places on free online specialization courses (EAD). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to train and specialize in high-demand areas.
The free and online courses (EAD) offered include Digital Culture and Computational Thinking for Basic Education Teachers, Management of Public Health Systems and Services, Information Security and Forensic Analysis, and Management of Infection Control Related to Healthcare and Patient Safety.
Course objectives and methodology
Each course aims to prepare participants to specific actions in their respective areas. All are offered online (EAD), allowing for flexible learning. The total workload for each specialization is appropriate to the depth of the topics covered, with activities such as theoretical classes, seminars, discussion forums and assessments.

Distribution of vacancies and locations of offer
The notice provides 600 places, distributed equally among the four courses offered, with 150 places for each. As these are free and online courses (EAD), participants can study from any location, using the centers of the Open University of Brazil (UAB) for in-person support, if necessary.
Selection process
Candidates will be ranked based on their overall grade point average during higher education, on a scale of 0 to 100 points. The notice also reserves priority for civil servants, as long as they prove this condition at the time of enrollment. Grades must be converted following the rules stipulated in the notice.
Application requirements
To enroll in free online specialization courses, you must have a higher education diploma or be in the final stages of the course. In addition, you must have access to a computer with internet and present documentation in digital format, such as your CPF, ID, diploma and academic transcript.
