About the Selection Process
For higher education, candidates interested in a free bachelor’s degree program can choose to take an in-person test on December 8 or use their scores from the National High School Exam (Enem), valid for the years 2016 to 2023 (the vacancies available through SISU will be offered in a separate announcement).
It is important to mention that half of the vacancies in this selection process are exclusively for candidates who have completed their elementary or high school education entirely in public schools. The other half is open to general competition, meaning anyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, can apply for one of these spots.
Additionally, 5% of the general competition vacancies are reserved for candidates with disabilities supported by documentation (General PcD). To occupy any of these reserved spots, candidates must demonstrate that they meet the required conditions for each of the affirmative action modalities prescribed in the announcement.
