Registration open for free specialization courses at the Federal Institute

Specialization in Teaching in Professional and Technological Education
This specialization at the Federal Institute is entirely distance learning (EAD) and is being offered through the Open University of Brazil (UAB) program. With 200 places available, the courses are distributed at centers in the cities of Ariquemes, Buritis, Chupinguaia, Ji-Paraná, Nova Mamoré, Porto Velho and the Guajará Mirim Campus. Anyone with a degree recognized by the MEC can apply.
Those selected will have the opportunity to start studying at the Federal Institute in 2024, with the flexibility of completing the course in a period ranging from 12 to 24 months. According to resolution No. 52/REIT – CONSUP/IFRO, of December 28, 2020, the course is offered in the distance learning modality, but may include virtual meetings for classes and TCC assessments, according to the course calendar.

For those interested in the environmental area, the Federal Institute of Rondônia offers a specialization in Environmental Management with 30 places on the Porto Velho Calama campus. The course can also be completed in up to 24 months and is aimed at graduates in any area with a course recognized by the MEC.
