This program is part of a larger initiative for social and professional qualification in popular and solidarity economy, supported by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).

The Ecosol Program at IFPB goes beyond offering traditional training. It aims to train workers to act in solidarity economic enterprises, promoting collaborative and sustainable management.

The courses, which will be held at the campuses of João Pessoa and Campina Grande, offer a unique opportunity for personal and professional development for those participating as educators and trainers.

For those interested in acting as early childhood educators, there are two positions available at each campus (Campina Grande and João Pessoa). The pay is quite attractive, being R$22.80 per hour of work. These vacancies are exclusive to external professionals, meaning people who are not part of the IFPB staff.

In addition, the notice provides for 24 vacancies for IFPB staff who wish to work as teaching trainers. The areas of activity are varied, including Languages, Mathematics, Computer Science, Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, among others.

For external teachers, there are two vacancies available, with remuneration of R$ 50 per class hour, aimed at professionals graduated in Administration, Public Management, Rural Management, Economics or Social Sciences.

The selection process will consider the academic background and professional experience of the candidates, with the final list of approved candidates expected to be published on August 10.

The course on Management of Solidary Economic Enterprises will be offered in person, aiming to train 160 professionals. The program intends to prepare participants to work in associative and collaborative work environments, promoting values such as equity, equality, and socio-environmental justice.

The selected professionals will receive remuneration through scholarships or as service providers, financed by the Workers’ Assistance Fund (FAT), under the responsibility of the MTE. In the Federal Network, the Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA) also participates as one of the organizers of the program.
