Those selected will take an objective test that will assess their knowledge of Portuguese, mathematics and logical reasoning. Specialist I in Paints – São Leopoldo/RS
The position of Specialist I in Paints at SENAI is aimed at professionals with experience in research and development of polymer technologies. The selected candidate will work on innovation projects, R&D coordination and preparation of technical reports, contributing directly to the advancement of the industrial sector. The position requires a high level of specialization and is intended for professionals with postgraduate degrees (master's level) and solid knowledge of paints, polymeric materials and UV and EB curing systems.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and from 13pm to 17pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The location of work will be at the SENAI Institute of Innovation in Polymer Engineering, located in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul.

- Formation: Completed higher education in the Exact Sciences, with postgraduate studies (master's level) in the area of activity.
- Experience: Participation in R&D projects in polymers and paints, project coordination, preparation of technical reports and collaboration with industries or institutions.
- Technical knowledge: Formulation, processing and application of paints, UV and EB curing systems, dispersion techniques and material characterization methods.
- Skills: Leadership, planning, organization, analytical ability and good communication.
