Most Sold Midsize SUV in Brazil, the Jeep Compass Gets New Packages and Aggressive Price Reduction for 2026
Jeep announced the arrival of the 2026 Compass line to the Brazilian market, and the main novelty is not in visual changes or new engines, but in price repositioning. Now, all versions of the midsize SUV are cheaper, with cuts reaching R$ 20 thousand, in addition to a reorganization of the available equipment and color packages. The goal is clear: to keep the Compass competitive in an increasingly contested segment.
New Pricing Strategy Starts with the Compass Sport, Now More Accessible
The entry-level version of the Compass, called Sport, now costs R$ 169,990 — a reduction of R$ 20 thousand compared to the previous model. It is still equipped with the T270 1.3 Turbo Flex engine with 176 horsepower and 27.5 kgfm of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Even being the most basic option, it already offers full LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone air conditioning, an 8.4” multimedia center, rain and twilight sensors, and wireless connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The highlight of the 2026 line is the three optional packages that can be added to the Compass Sport. The Exclusive package adds leather seats and darkened 18-inch wheels. The Tech package includes, in addition to the items from the Exclusive package, a larger multimedia center (10.1”), a 10.25” digital panel, and level 2 semi-autonomous steering. Finally, the Premium package adds a panoramic sunroof and electric functionality. Another exclusive novelty for the Sport version is the new Jazz Blue color.

Compass Longitude Gains More Comfort and Safety with Reduction of Nearly R$ 19 Thousand
Just above is the Compass Longitude, which also uses the T270 Turbo Flex engine, but now offers more technology as standard. It features an induction charger for smartphones, a 10.1” multimedia center with native GPS and advanced voice command, a full digital panel, and the ADAS driving assistance package.
Among the built-in features are adaptive cruise control with Stop&Go function, active steering assist, lane departure warning, fatigue detection, traffic sign recognition, and automatic braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection. With all these advancements, this version now costs R$ 192,990 — a drop of R$ 19 thousand in the suggested price.
Series S Brings More Luxury, Sunroof, and Turbo Flex Engine
For those seeking more refinement, the Series S version emerges as the natural choice. It now retails for R$ 236,990 and introduces new comfort items such as electric adjustment for the passenger seat and electric opening of the trunk with a presence sensor. The interior finish also evolves, featuring a black ceiling and two-tone paint.
This version also includes 19” wheels with self-sealing technology (seal inside), blind spot monitoring system, front sensors with parking assist, and full-body paint in the body color, along with the already traditional panoramic sunroof.

Blackhawk Maintains Hurricane Engine and More Competitive Price
At the top of the line is the Compass Blackhawk, featuring the 2.0 turbo gasoline Hurricane engine. It is the only model in the range with all-wheel drive, delivering an impressive 272 horsepower and 40.8 kgfm of torque, and is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This version also includes hill descent control (HDC), Performance Pages system, terrain selector, and a sportier appearance with 19” wheels and red brake calipers.
With all the features of the Series S and the performance of the Hurricane engine, the 2026 Compass Blackhawk saw a reduction of R$ 16,500 and now costs R$ 279,990.
