Grand Structure and Diverse Leisure
The venture was built by the same company responsible for the pool at San Alfonso del Mar in Chile, considered the largest in the world.
The Cuiabá pool is 275 meters long and 100 meters wide, providing ample space for activities such as pedal boats and kayaks, available exclusively to condominium residents.
In addition, the site features an artificial beach of 12,000 square meters of sand, further expanding leisure options and making the experience similar to that of a coastal resort.
To travel the entire length of the pool, it takes about 3 minutes and 15 seconds, equivalent to the distance of two and a half soccer fields.
Milestone in Residential Leisure
Inaugurated in October 2016, Brasil Beach Home Resort represents a milestone in architecture and leisure infrastructure in the country.
The delivery of the first tower occurred in the same year, following an investment of approximately R$ 170 million. Located in the Ribeirão do Lipa neighborhood, the condominium combines luxury, comfort, and innovation, offering residents an unparalleled space for relaxation and socializing in Brazil.
