O Bank of Brazil offers opportunities for those interested in acquiring houses and apartments. The institution is putting up for direct sale and auction more than 2 properties, located in all regions of Brazil, with up to 88% discount and bids from R$ 9.
The bank's executive manager, Rodolfo Barros, informs that the properties are spread throughout the country, 100% paid off and with a significant discount. He comments that the offers are a great opportunity to acquire a property in a very advantageous and safe way. In addition to real estate, lots are also being sold and auctioned.

A residential apartment located in Porto Alegre (RS) is among the highlighted properties made available by Banco do Brasil. The property has three bedrooms, kitchen, private area of 346,46 m² and is available from R$ 1.728.411.

Another property highlighted among the available options is a house with a total area of 137,44 m², located in the city of Exu (PE). The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen and is being offered for R$31, with a 72% discount.
A plot of 308 m² is also part of the highlights, being located in Blumenau (SC). The land is valued at R$ 74, but is going for just over R$ 17, with a 77% discount.
