Instituto Ser+
Instituto Ser+, in partnership with the State Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CONDECA), has 160 spots available for free courses for young people between 15 and 17 years old who are attending high school in public schools and reside in the city of São Paulo, since the courses will be in-person. The courses aim to promote personal and professional development for adolescents in vulnerable situations.

Free Courses at Rock Content Association and JA Rio de Janeiro
The Junior Achievement Association of Rio de Janeiro, together with Rock Content, is offering free certification courses in the area of Social Media, aimed at reaching underrepresented and/or economically vulnerable groups (including families with a monthly income of up to R$ 4,000).
Two courses will be offered, one for Social Media Masterclass and another for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Masterclass. Interested individuals will have until December 31 to apply on the Rock Content page and fill out a registration form.
Free Courses from the Municipal Department of Science and Technology of RJ
In Rio de Janeiro, the Municipal Department of Science and Technology (SMCT), in partnership with Naves do Conhecimento, is offering 4,000 spots in free courses and workshops in technology and entrepreneurship this December. The available topics:
