A luxurious mansion used as a set in the movie The Hangover Part 3 (2013) will be auctioned at the end of October with an opening bid of 21 million dollars — equivalent to R$ 112 million at current exchange rates.

Location And Features

Located in Malibu, California, the property was previously listed for 50 million dollars. The new price represents less than half of the original value, making the auction a rare opportunity in the competitive real estate market of the region.

The house is situated 610 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Structure And Amenities Of The Hangover Mansion

The interior of the mansion has 710 square meters distributed over five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Additionally, the outdoor area includes an infinity edge pool, open pavilions, and spacious living areas.

The auction is scheduled for October 30 and is attracting interest from investors and fans of the film franchise because the location was immortalized in the final scenes of the third film in the saga, released 12 years ago.
