The Ministry Of Tourism has launched several online and free courses for Brazilians. The courses will serve to qualify people who work or want to work in the tourism sector across the country. English and Spanish courses and techniques on how to better serve tourists are some of the courses available through the Ministry.

“The Objective Is To Expand The Offer And Access To Education, Train Professionals, And Provide An Even More Qualified And Inclusive Tourism Experience For Our Tourists”, stated the Minister of Tourism, Gilson Machado. The courses should be a significant differentiator when it comes to finding employment and improving the quality of services provided: “Wide-Scale Qualification Is A Competitive Differential In The Tourism Sector, Providing, At The Same Time, Career Development For Employees And More Qualified Service For Tourists, Which Is Essential In The Post-Covid-19 Moment“.

The Ministry Of Tourism Received Support From Some Educational Institutions, Highlighting The Federal Institute Of Rio Grande Do Sul, IFRS, Which Currently Offers Courses In Geography, Tourism, And Geopolitics; Travel Agencies And Tourism; Sign Language; Basic Comprehension; Not To Mention English And Spanish Courses. There Are Also Courses In The Bar And Restaurant Segment, Such As Customer Service And Quality Control.
