Two New Companies Founded by Elon Musk in October Left the Market Without Answers. No One Knows for Sure What They Do. See How These New Initiatives Are Causing Speculation and Awakening Curiosity Around the World!
In recent years, the name Elon Musk has appeared not only in headlines related to technology but also in topics involving politics and controversial ideologies. Recently, two new companies linked to Musk were discreetly registered in Texas, according to sources from Forbes.
These entities, called “United States of America Inc.“ and “Group America LLC.“, raise speculation about the billionaire’s future involvement in the political landscape of the United States.
New Companies of Elon Musk
The two companies were incorporated earlier this month, using a shared address with Elon Musk’s family office, something common in other ventures of the billionaire, such as “Musk Ventures”.

Although there is no clear information about the purpose of these new companies, it is believed that the “United States of America Inc.“ operates as a holding company and lists Elon Musk as its sole director. It is also identified as a managing member of “Group America LLC.“, another entity that, although it does not directly mention Musk’s name, is connected to him through the same address.
This pattern of operation through LLCs or shell companies is not new for Musk, who has used such entities to maintain discretion in other projects, such as his tunneling company, The Boring Company.
In this case, the purchase of large tracts of land in Texas was made through an LLC called “Gapped Bass”, a move that complicated the immediate identification of Musk’s involvement.

Involvement in American Politics
In recent months, Musk has shown public support for former President Donald Trump, financially contributing to the Republican’s re-election campaign. He participated in rallies, such as the one held in Pennsylvania, one of the crucial states for the elections, where he appeared enthusiastic and active in support of Trump. Additionally, Musk has reportedly donated at least $75 million to the “America PAC”, a pro-Trump political action committee established in May.
However, Elon Musk’s donations to Republican and conservative causes are not new. According to the Wall Street Journal, he had already channeled millions of dollars to conservative advertising campaigns through an LLC, funding groups that are not legally required to disclose their donors. In 2022, more than $50 million from Musk reportedly went to the group “Citizens for Sanity”, responsible for ads against transgender rights, crime, and immigration, with direct ties to Trump’s former speechwriter, Stephen Miller.
The Enigma of the New Companies
Although there are no records regarding Musk’s new companies, which would prevent verification of possible financial movements related to political campaigns, it is speculated that the creation of these entities may be linked to Musk’s desire to continue influencing American politics behind the scenes.
One of the most curious points is the name chosen for one of the companies, “United States of America Inc.“. This name is also used in a conspiracy theory advocated by right-wing groups and so-called “sovereign citizens” – individuals who believe they are outside the jurisdiction of the United States government.
These groups mistakenly claim that the country has been secretly reorganized as a for-profit corporation, a belief stemming from a misinterpretation of a 1871 law that established the District of Columbia.
Ryan Bundy, son of Cliven Bundy – involved in a standoff with federal authorities in 2014, an event that became a symbol of this sovereign movement – mentioned the term “United States of America Inc.” in a lawsuit against the U.S. government.
More recently, this theory has been recycled by QAnon conspiracy followers, who alleged that Joe Biden’s ascension to the presidency was illegitimate.
Despite the coincidental name, there is no evidence that Musk has any connection to this conspiracy theory. However, it is interesting to note that the name has been mentioned to him several times on social media, particularly by users promoting this ideology.
The Political Future of Elon Musk
Although Musk has not yet directly commented on these theories, his growing influence in the political landscape of the United States, whether publicly or behind the scenes, is undeniable. Recently, Trump mentioned that Musk had suggested the creation of a commission to audit and eliminate fraud in the government, which led the billionaire to publicly support the idea.
Furthermore, Elon Musk has attracted donations from other prominent names in Silicon Valley, such as investor Marc Andreessen and Palantir co-founder Joe Lonsdale, for his “America PAC“. The billionaire’s influence, both financial and ideological, seems to be on the rise, and his actions indicate that he plans to take a more active role in the upcoming presidential elections.
