About the Modec Offshore Selection Process
Radio Operator – Offshore – Brazil
Requirements: High School; Advanced English; among others relevant to the position.
Main Activities: Internal and external communication, according to the instructions and needs of the OIM. Control of Helicopter POB. Transmission and reception of documentation; Updating the OIM on flight delays or cancellations; Radio communications for traffic control in VHF and SSB.
Boiler Operator – Offshore – Brazil
Requirements: Technical and/or maritime training (Mechanical Technician or Engine Room Sailor) and active CFT or CIR.
Main activities: Assist, operate, and maintain all main/auxiliary equipment interconnected with the operation of the Engine Room intended to support the operation of the unit as requested by the engine room supervisor. Reporting to the supervisor in case of any anomalies occurring during routine tasks.
