Requirements by Cargill: Complete high school and technical course in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Electricity, Electronics, or Electromechanics.
It is also necessary to have a valid driver’s license (Category B), previous experience in the role, availability to travel and drive on highways, and to reside in Castro/PR or be willing to relocate.
The candidate must also be able to work in rotating shift hours.

Requirements by Cargill: Complete elementary school, with high school being desirable.

Maintenance Technician
Requirements by Cargill: Complete technical course in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics, in addition to knowledge in mechanical assembly and adjustment and bearing technology.
Basic computer skills and knowledge in SAP, PM module are required. The candidate should have previous experience in vibration analysis.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Mechatronics will be considered a differential, as well as knowledge in lubrication and certification in vibration CAT I, II, and III.
