Concentrix Corporation Announced This Week the Opening of 600 Job Vacancies for Home Office and On-site Positions in Fortaleza. The Selection Process Will Take Place on the 22nd.

Concentrix, a multinational company specializing in customer experience and technology solutions, announced this week the opening of a selection process for immediate hiring of 600 professionals in Fortaleza. One of the events took place this past Wednesday (15), and the next one is scheduled for next Wednesday (22). In total, there are 200 vacancies for the position of multiskill customer service agent, to start working in July, and another 400 at the beginning of August. For a large part of the job vacancies, availability for afternoon or evening shifts is required, as they are fully home office.

The event will be held next Wednesday at Pitágoras College, located at Barão de Aratanha Street, 80, in the Center of Fortaleza.

The address of the job fair organized by the multinational Concentrix in the upcoming weeks will be announced later, and the sessions will be divided into groups, at 9 AM and 1 PM.

It is important to emphasize that all safety protocols will be followed, with the mandatory use of masks and social distancing.

Testing and interviews will take place on-site. Candidates approved for home office job vacancies will receive a salary of R$ 1,291 and, starting from the second month of employment, benefits such as meal or food vouchers, partnerships with companies offering discounts, like universities and language schools, health and dental insurance after three months at the company, childcare assistance, and internal campaigns that may yield cash awards.
